Digital and Electronic Books:

Refund Period:
You have up to 48 hours from the date of purchase to request a refund for digital and electronic books.

Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pariay.org with your order details.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital book. Once a digital book has been accessed, it is not eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline:

Refunds for digital books will be processed promptly, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank's policy, it may take upto 15 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Physical Books:

 

Return Period:

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical books.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@pariay.org with your order details.
Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the physical book(s) back to our facility located in St. Thomas, ON, Canada. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds for physical books will be issued upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned book(s). The book(s) must be in their original, unaltered condition to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline:

Refunds for physical books will be processed after the returned book(s) have been inspected, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank's policy, it may take upto 15 business days after our receipt of the returned book for the refund to reflect on your account.
